Steam Mushroom with Broccoli

Hi all. This time i will share about Steam Mushroom with Broccoli. Steam Mushroom with Broccoli is one of all basic Mumbai menu that i have been cooked when i working in a Five Stars Hotel in Bali. Let me share the recipies about the method.

Ingredients:

1) Mushroom 40gm

2) Broccoli 100gm

3) Motor car flour 30gm

4) Oil 5gm 5) Salt 2gm

Misa; Chilli Tomato sauce Ingredients

1. Tomato 300gm

2. chilli Red 100gm

3. Taste litter

Method: Boil the tomato& chilli, then take out skin and seed Blend it, add the taste.

Preparation;

1) Blend the mushroom with oil

2) Add the salt & motor car flour in the mushroom

3) Topping in the broccoli cut

4) Put in the steamer & steam around 3 min, put in the plate & Chilli tomato at the side.
